180K YouTube Hits & Counting: Sensodyne at the Science Museum Goes Viral

To celebrate the launch of Sensodyne's new Repair and Protect toothpaste, we were asked to create an interactive video-mapping show for an event a the London Science Museum. Seen by over 3000 event-goers and countless passers-by, Projection Advertising served up a visual feast like nothing ever seen before, combining innovative interactive concepts with eye-popping creative content.

We drew inspiration from Sensodyne's concept of 'repair and protect'; we wanted to show the Museum being destroyed and then rebuilt but we also needed to incorporate an element of interactivity. We hit upon the idea of using a customised punchbag that would allow event-goers to 'destroy' the building before watching it magically repair itself. We also programmed the punch bag to react to different levels of force, each of them triggering a destruction effect unique to that level.
